Chef Nate Hamilton has been cooking professionally for 25 years. He’s worked with some of the world’s top restaurants and chefs, including Fergus Henderson and Gordon Ramsay, served as the personal chef to President and Secretary Clinton at the William J Clinton Foundation, consulted for NASA’s Deep Space Food Challenge solving the problem of how to feed astronauts on Mars, and has cooked for such luminaries as President Barack Obama, Paul McCartney, Aretha Franklin, and Mikhail Baryshnikov.

His biggest professional adventure to date saw him spending four months cooking on an Alaskan glacier only accessible by helicopter for a crew of sixteen Iditarod dog mushers. At the Kit Kat Lounge & Supper Club, Nate brings forward-thinking, seasonal, and approachable cuisine.
